Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you have purchased from us. Should there be any dissatisfaction with your purchase, let us know and we will assist you accordingly. Before wearing your shoes outside, please take some time to try them on a carpeted surface.

All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 3 days from delivery date. Goods are to be returned in its original brand new condition, unused, with its original tags.

All or any requests have to be emailed to within 3 days from delivery date or it will not be entertained. 


Return via e-Store at

Bonita e-Store credit is the only form of refund available for any return or exchange request done. The e-Store credit can only be used at Bonita and NOT in any of the Bonita retail store or departmental store. The e-Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used to offset purchase made at It can take around 2 to 5 business days for the e-Store credit to be issued. Instructions on how to use your e-Store credit for purchase will be sent to you via email. You can then use the e-Store credit for your desired purchase.

Bonita will review the request to return the item(s). This should take approximately 1-2 business days. To speed up the return process, please quote your Order Number, attached together with images showing the front, back, top and the base of the item(s) and email to Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation number via email will be sent to you with instructions to return the item(s). Should the returned item(s) be deemed not in its original condition, Bonita reserves all rights to return the item(s) at the sender's cost. Once we have received your item(s) in its original condition, we will issue the online store credit to your account.

Other Terms and Conditions

Please note that item(s) purchased via can only be returned to Bonita e-Store. Item(s) purchased from (Bonita e-Store) is not eligible for returns at any physical retail outlets. 

All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the shipper when returning any item(s). All item(s) entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws which Bonita is unable to determine.

All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and tickets. For any returned item(s) deemed not in its original condition, Bonita reserves the rights to return the item(s) at the customer's cost. Bonita's decision shall be final.

All promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binding.

Any form of price adjustment to previous order(s) is not applicable.

All goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or wear and tear.
